An Introduction

Interdenominational and evangelical in character, we are a Local Ecumenical partnership of 36 years standing - supported by the Anglican, Baptist and United Reformed Churches. 

About a mile from the centre of the cathedral town of Bury St Edmunds in West Suffolk, the Church is located on the Nowton Estate - a mixed housing development built over the last 40 years, with schools, pub and other local amenities in close proximity.  Our base is Southgate Community Centre in which we have a dedicated church room, and where we hold our main Sunday morning services. 

We have a particular ministry with families, children and older people and have a wide range of weekly activities for all ages as well as Sunday worship and well developed house groups.
